How to make a warranty claim?

To initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to help@artilectperformance.com please include details of the fault, proof of purchase and photographs of the garment & fault.

Our dedicated team will promptly send you an email with detailed instructions on the next steps to proceed.

What is covered in the warranty?

Our warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects: Issues that occur due to errors in the production process.
Faults in materials or workmanship: Problems with fabric, stitching, zippers, or other components.

Should you encounter any of these issues, our dedicated customer service team will assist you in repairing, replacing, or refunding the item as appropriate.

What is not covered in the warranty?

To help ensure clarity, the warranty does not include:
